As we sip our cacao and write down what we’re ready to open our hearts to, we prepare to go all in, soul to toe, with intuitive movement for release. We’ll be tuning into the true us, releasing what no longer serves us, and making room for what we’re ready to call in
As someone who has spent YEARS dedicating myself to living authentically from my heart, I love making a safe space for others to find comfortability in flowing from their heart as well, finding the encouragement within us for pursuit of what feels true to them and their life
