About the Event
First Quarterly Makers Meet!
- What is it? Makers Meet! A gathering for networking and collaboration! Join us as we get to know one another and discuss selling strategies for the upcoming holiday season. Feel free to bring a small project to work on while we connect. Light refreshments will be provided and you are welcome to bring your own.
- Who is invited? All local artisans, artists, and crafters are invited to attend!
- When is it? 10/6/22 from 6-9pm
- Where is it? Artique Designs in Harleysville. Close landmarks: Landis Shopping Center/Shelly Rd & Fuzzy Dice Car Dealership
- Why is this important? To bring together members of the niche community of local creators
Rough Agenda:
- Allow time for late arrivals ~5-10 minutes
- Round robin introductions- who everyone is, what they do, etc
- Discussion of holiday markets- what sells, good strategies, good events if you are into craft fairs, etc.
- Reverse Q&A- poll group for ideas for future topics, etc
- Q&A- Allow attendees to ask questions or provide feedback.
