Social Distancing Delittering Day on Earth Day

 Greetings Green Hearts - It's almost Mother Earth Day friends! Plants & Pants, Not Plastic & Artique Designs are teaming up to inspire locals to go out and clean our community.  Share some happiness with us by picking up litter in our area. It's amazing how good it feels. All people with their unique abilities are welcome and loved! Pictures and posting is appreciated too.

So join us in spirit, united by cleaning up from a distance. Grab just a few pieces of trash somewhere near you, or go above and beyond because together, we can make a huge impact with big benefits! We will all be joined by a collection of smart people picking up plastic, but still practicing social distancing. And feel free to throw down some seeds and plants, gorilla garden style! Social distancing doesn't mean we can't still celebrate Earth Day! Rules - Make sure you post pics of how many bags of trash you get or it doesn't exist. Artsy folks, snap a pic of the small things lined up. The green souls with the most individual items, most bags, and most creative photo/ video/ art all get a special PRIZE (gift cards, plants, art)! The contest goes until April 25th at sundown and folks can post until midnight. So let's do a thing! And then when we're finally free from quarantine, or maybe after a few weeks, we'll all get together to clean up other spots. Hopefully with beer and pizza! side notes: -We were thinking the prizes could be gift baskets we could make up of items from local businesses. If any other businesses want to team up let us know! - Donations of Trash bags, trash picker/ grabber, shovels, rakes, loves, paint and paintbrushes, wheelbarrows, gardening materials, like plants, seeds/ bulbs, etc, water and energy snacks, gently used clothes
